Holding your place

A request doesn't hold a place. Your place is secured once payment is received and confirmed. Payment is due within 24 hours of booking, or straight away if the class starts within 48 hours; unpaid places are released back to others.

Paying

Pay by bank transfer using your booking reference as the payment reference, so your payment can be matched quickly. If bank transfer doesn't work for you, message Helz and we'll sort payment together.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the class start time. Inside 48 hours, or a no-show, the place can't be moved or refunded. Classes missed or cancelled within a block are non-refundable — if Helz is able to fill your place, a transfer or refund may be considered at her discretion.

If Helz ever cancels a class, you'll receive a full refund or a transfer to another date — your choice.

Your health

Please complete the health questionnaire before your first practice and tell Helz about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions. You practise at your own pace and are responsible for working within your own limits. Yoga, sound, ceremony and Thai yoga massage are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical care.

In the room

Bring your own mat — there are no spare mats. Please arrive a few minutes early; latecomers may be asked to wait for a safe moment to join. We keep the space kind and confidential.
