How we move
Warm rooms, low light, and movement that feels like yours
Four ways to practice across Hull and East Riding — from strong and sweaty to slow and blanket-wrapped. Weekly classes are mainly for ages 14 and above, with children's workshops offered on an ad hoc basis.

Four ways to feel more alive
Each class is an invitation — to land, to ignite, to move freely, to drop deep. The names aren't labels; they're moods, elements, ways in. Some nights you'll crave the steadiness of Root. Other nights you'll want the heat of Ember, the spontaneity of Nebula, or the long, slow fall of Ascend. However you arrive, you'll be guided by breath, sound, intuition and the energy in the room — and you'll leave feeling like yourself again.

Grounding hatha
Root
Come home to your body. Strong, deliberate postures, steady breath and the quiet strength of being exactly where you are. You'll feel your feet, your legs, your own weight settling like earth beneath you — grounded, calm and quietly powerful.
Fire flow
Ember
Turn the volume up. A breath-fuelled flow that builds heat through the spine, hips and core — music moving you, sweat on the skin, and a fire in the chest that burns off the week. You leave lighter, brighter and ready for whatever comes next.
Intuitive flow
Nebula
Let go of the script. This one is different every time — shaped by the energy in the room, the music, the mood, the moon. Some nights slow and spacious, other nights strong and wild; always intuitive, always honest, always yours.
Yin
Ascend
Sink into bolsters, blankets and soft light for long, luxurious holds that melt tension you didn't know you were carrying. Then sound, drum, voice and healing aromatherapy, scents and smokes carry you into a stillness so deep it follows you home for days.
Hands-on adjustments
Supportive hands-on adjustments and massage may be included when welcomed by the yogi or yogini, always with full consent and sensitivity to the individual.
Good to know
Frequently asked
- Are beginners welcome?
- Always. Nothing here is performance — options are offered the whole way through, and nobody is watching you.
- What age are classes for?
- Weekly classes are mainly for ages 14 and above. Children's workshops are offered on an ad hoc basis.
- What should I bring?
- Please bring your own mat — I move between venues and events, so spare mats aren't available. Soft layers, water and a blanket for the long rest at the end are lovely too.
- How do I book?
- Message on WhatsApp, call, or send an enquiry through the contact page — you'll get a friendly reply with times and places.
